Q: I have purchased the Full version, how do i enter my registration code?

A: You can use the "Registration Tool" that can be found in the installation folder of the game or a Link in the Programm group of the game. Some of our games have a included registration dialog that you can bring up by pressing Ctrl+R.

Q: I downloaded the Full version what now?

A: If you have installed the demo/trail version you should uninstall these first. After this, just click on the Full version setup you downloaded and follow the installation instructions.

Q: When I start the game its telling me d3dx9_??.dll or d3dx10_??.dll is missing.

A: You need a newer version of DirectX. You can download the latest DirectX from Microsoft here: http://www.gamesforwindows.com/directx/.
